  1. Enter the City Financial Tower parking garage from Richards Street (one-way, heading towards the ocean)
  2. Park on the 3rd level (P3) and take the elevator to the lobby
  3. Take the building elevator to the 14th floor
  4. Validate your parking ticket with the ERS receptionist before leaving
