Leaving Employment

Before leaving employment please contact our office to get up to date information on your retirement benefits eligibility and to make sure the ERS has your correct address and contact information.

What are my retirement benefits if I am no longer employed by the State or County?

Employees who leave state service are still bound by certain provisions of the Ethics Code. Please read the flyer at the link below for information on how the Ethics Code might affect you, particularly any future job plans you might have, and please call the Ethics Commission if you need confidential advice.
